The course on Design Thinking Fundamentals is a short introductory course which will introduce you to the essentials of Service Design and Design Thinking. This fast phased course will give an in-depth knowledge of using tools and terminologies and you can directly put it into practice with the help of our coach. At the end of the course, you can keep all the tools used during the course with you.

After the completion of this course, you will become an expert in deploying Design Thinking to improve services that you are providing to make them more instinctive, extensive and humane.

The course deals with theory and practice related to Design Thinking. It gives an insight into the world of Design Thinking, the challenges, its relevance, main schools of thought and so on. We share case studies and the participants are familiarised with useful tools and are encouraged to start using them.
